packages without a maintainer don't have a page that show all of their bugs. It seems http://cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=mypackage doesn't find the bug reports if no maintainer is known for the package. An example: http://cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?archive=no says: ... ldapd (1 outstanding bug) ... But if you follow that link you get a No reports for ldapd found!
