There are new pages about working on the Debian website. They can be reached at http://www.debian.org/devel/website/ The intention is that they will replace devel/HOWTO_translate and devel/HOWTO_work.on.website.
I'd appreciate any feedback. If you know of any information that is missing from the pages, just let me know and I'll add it. One change I've made is to start creating READMEs in the english directories. These are files that explain how to do translations for particular files or directories.
