This is an oft requested feature.  I will, however, reduce this to wishlist
as it's not a failing of the web pages.

I will tell you now what you would have seen if you checked the archives...

It will not be done as there is no easy way for the scripts that produce
the package pages to find the url and know it has the right url.  If you
want to see such links, get the policy manual/packaging manual changed so
that a field is included in the control file that contains that
information.  (Or any other "sure" way to get the information accuratly).
