Yes, that's my impression as well. His appearance on #debian-devel and the various Debian mailing lists haven't really contributed to getting himself _integrated_ in the community. And he has a couple of things to learn about bug closing / WNPP, etc which again boils down to the thing before: he has to learn to communicate with other people in the team. He should work with a sponsor, learn to contribute to the community, get himself integrated and then apply again. For now, his application should be rejected. -- Martin Michlmayr [EMAIL PROTECTED]
