I noticed that the mentioned file contains unusual CSS style settings. The German title is similar to "Election of the Debian project leader". Because of text-transform: capitalize; and usage of small-caps fonts this looks strange. Even in English texts it is a bad idee to capitalise prepositions such as "of" and many more languages share this style file. Additionally I suggest not to prefer special fonts, especially since they are different from other pages.
