Since anybody has said anything against this proposal (and since we don't have more "formal" proposals), I assume we can go on with Barcelona's venue :-) "Barcelona local team" will have a local meeting on on IRC next Sunday and will start to work on all the local stuff. Please, if you have some improvement we can do, write it in the list or privately, so we'll be able to talk about it during this meeting.
