The tutorial was planned as two working sessions at #debian-women on irc.debian.org. The first one has already occurred at 11:00 UTC and the last will be later today, at 22:00 UTC. During the sessions you can help with translation for the French speaking people that are not comfortable with English or even translating the logs afterwards.
