Dear DSA,
  as discussed on various mailing lists (-women, debconf-team), there is
the need of a contact address to report harassment episodes. The address
will be mentioned from anti-harassment policies (see a draft at
http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/StandardsOfRespect) and we would like to
have a project-wide address that can be referenced from different
