It's asking people to pledge to write a post in their blog about a woman in technology they admire, on March 24, which appears to be "Ada Lovelace Day". Ada Lovelace[1] was one of the world's first computer programmers. I think this is a nice idea. If I blogged, which I don't, I'd do it.
