I'm not sure I agree with you on that point. This channel is a public channel so I do not see any privacy break when Steve quotes from it. One can only argue that the quoting may be biased because it is a partial quoting which does not render the general context, but I donot see any problem with someone quoting me from a public place I wrote in.
