I dont understand this. Someone who is not subscribed to a mailing list, can send an email to that list, asked to be cc'd and its rude if they are not?
I'm new to mailing lists, just curious as to why one wouldnt subscribe to a list that one wants to participate in. -- Angelina Carlton
