If I may comment on this: as the purpose of Debian Women is integration of women into the project, and greater visibility (at least as far as I understand), I would think it to be wrong if you'd make a separation between men and women in the project. I think you should have a page where everyone supporting the ideals of Debian Women can be listed, independent of gender.
