Dear Pierre, In the hope of speeding up and strenghtening the processing of NEW I had a look at your package. The rationale is explained in the proposal in the following wiki page: http://wiki.debian.org/CopyrightReview I noticed that two files in the t/ directory were not documented in debian/copyright. Since the pkg-perl repository is writable for all DDs, I just commited directly a correction. If you agree with it, I recommend to re-upload your package. Although it will be displayed more down on the HTML summary, it does not lower its position in the waiting queue.
