There is a concern that CeCILL-B contaminates other software (the debian websites) because of the advertising requirement in 5.3.4.3, as explained in http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2008/12/msg00059.html Is it possible to convert it to the GNU GPL as described in http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2008/12/msg00045.html and avoid this problem? I think the debian archive has no mechanism that ensures reproduction of an intellectual property notice on a website for all versions distributed, so this may be a practical problem.
