It can manipulate complete columns of numbers in the form of vector arithmetic. FUDGIT is also an expression language interpreter understanding most of C grammar except pointers. Morever, FUDGIT is a front end for any plotting program supporting commands from stdin. It used to be in the Debian release until a few years ago. I discussed this at debian-scie...@lists.debian.org and got one reply: "Go for it." I contacted Gudjon Gudjonsson, who updated Fudgit to the latest libraries: http://195.198.146.229/debian/source/ He does not want to be the official maintainer and asked me instead. For now, I copied his fudgit files to my own URL.
