I request an adopter for the httperf package. As of some time ago I have lost interest in the package and do not use it much anymore. The package first entered Debian nearly seven years ago and in that time has not seen a new upstream release. The project can be said to be "feature complete", and so the lack of upstream activity is not a problem. The package is currently bug free and very easy to maintain. I have kept the package in svn since taking it over and would be glad to provide the entire svn history to whomever chooses to adopt this package. The package description is: httperf is a tool to measure web server performance. It speaks the HTTP protocol both in its HTTP/1.0 and HTTP/1.1 flavors and offers a variety of workload generators. While running, it keeps track of a number of performance metrics that are summarized in the form of statistics that are printed at the end of a test run.
