Upstream has updated for 5.10 thanks to a patch from Niko Tyni. You may adopt the package now and upload the new upstream version yourself, or if no one has yet adopted the package when unstable settles down, I'll upload the new upstream version before orphaning. The package description is: Perl ships with a very useful interactive debugger, however, it does not run "out-of-the-box" in the Apache/mod_perl environment.
