It isn't. It's written by a Debian developer and used by Debian, but you won't find any information about it on www.debian.org and it's not released by Debian (though the code is hosted using Debian resources). > I put the URL as http://debian.org. But "www.debian.org" isn't really suitable as either a homepage URL or a download URL for devotee; www.debian.org is not a homepage for the *devotee* project.
