This package is for a fairly specialized use; not sure if even the Perl group wants it. I'm not currently using using this gateway anymore, so I figure I'll put the RFA out there. The package description is: This is Business::OnlinePayment::OpenECHO, an Business::OnlinePayment backend module for ECHO. It is only useful if you have a merchant account with ECHO: http://www.echo-inc.com/ (also see http://www.openecho.com/) .
