Hi all, I had a look at bio-mode and actually found a bug :( http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=455102 The upstream sources are unmaintained, but there are still some persons developping emacs modes for biology. http://www.red-bean.com/ale/ http://personalpages.manchester.ac.uk/staff/sam.griffiths-jones/software/ralee/ Maybe we could contact the upstream author of bio-mode as well as the authors of ale and ralee and ask them if they are interested in keeping bio-mode up-to date with the recent emacs versions ? In last ressort, I can try to post a request for help on newsgroups such as bionet.software. I will try biomode on emacs22 when I have the opportunity. If it does not work with this one, the least we can to is to update the dependancies of biomode, but of course, a real fix would be preferable… Have a nice day, -- Charles Plessy http://charles.plessy.org Wakō, Saitama, Japan
