rejected, the tarball seems to miss the source for
manual/manual.dvi.
The upstream tarball does not have it either. They have it stored in a
CWEB file but extracting it from there is nontrivial and, frankly,
isn't worth the effort since the source is not going to change anymore
(it hasn't changed for more than 7 years now). Please take it as it
is.
Only in non-free. If you want it in main or contrib then the source
has to be
