This is an RFP following discussion at <http://bugs.debian.org/356944>. At present, the VPN plugins for network manager are not released in coordination with network manager (so, the version 0.6.0 above may not be entirely accurate, it was obtained from [1]). The source is only distributed in CVS at present too (hence the cvs.gnome.org URL above). It would be nice if these plugins were available alongside the main program in Debian.
