Maybe I'm not understanding correctly what "CORE" means, but as far as I can see CGI.pm is not included in the core Perl distribution. perl- modules includes various non-core modules from CPAN. Or, what are the criteria for modules to be included in perl-modules, if that's what you mean by "CORE"? Plus, I'm not talking about perl-modules from Debian/stable. Why can't CGI.pm be upgraded in the unstable perl-modules unless it is a security fix? Julian.
