According to upstreams packages, one part is a webmin module, depending on webmin. Debian curently has no webmin packages. Not sure if cipux is usefull with the webmin package disabled. 2. If I understood a mail on the german mailing list correctly [2], they plan to package cipux themself. So I think this should have been an ITP?
