Has there been any activity on this package lately? HAL/DBUS are not an issue anymore as up to date versions are in unstable now.
As 0.5.1 is already more than 3 months old, would you consider to package an up to date CVS snapshot? The reasoning behind this is, that CVS has WPA support whereas 0.5.1 has not. Wireless without WPA is pretty useless these days imho. Do you also intend to package the dependencies of NetworkManager: dhcdbd, which is in Ubuntu already, and libnl [1], which is needed by current CVS and will be for 0.5.2? Another reason why I'm interested in a current CVS snapshot of NetworkManager is, that I'd like to package knetworkmanager, which is a KDE frontend for NetworkManager and requires a more recent version than 0.5.1.
