I am packaging CUFlow for Debian. Most of the work is done. However, before accepting it, I have been asked me to clarify who owns the copyright.
My problem is that while it is obvious whoever owns the copyright intends the code to be licensed under the GPL, the is no notice in the code to say who is licensing it. For example is it the author, or has the copyright been assigned to someone else?
