As I'm the real maintainer of cl-rfc2388 (but not a DD) and after having discussed with Peter, we decided that the bug should refer to me, so I change the 'submitter' field. In doing this, however, the first time I used 'submitter !' (without the bug number) and I needed to send again the correct command (thus generating traffic, because of two mails instead of one).
