I found a (somewhat old) .deb at http://xmms-kde.sourceforge.net, but it had a depends problem (caused by the libqt3-mt library package being renamed, I suspect) After --force-dependsing it, It also complained about a missing symbol when I started it, and didnt actually show anything in the panel. Haven't had the chance to try the latest from the tarball yet, but thought I'd log this request before I forget (And if xmms-kde is hidden somewhere in some package, then please accept my apologies, with packages.debian.org being down, I may well have missed it) Best Regards Iain --------------------------------------- Received: (at 222657-close) by bugs.debian.org; 7 Dec 2004 06:19:50 +0000 >From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Dec 06 22:19:50 2004 Return-path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Received: from newraff.debian.org [208.185.25.31] (mail) by spohr.debian.org with esmtp (Exim 3.35 1 (Debian)) id 1CbYhS-0001OJ-00; Mon, 06 Dec 2004 22:19:50 -0800 Received: from rdonald by newraff.debian.org with local (Exim 3.35 1 (Debian)) id 1CbYdn-0002N3-00; Tue, 07 Dec 2004 01:16:03 -0500 From: Peter Eisentraut <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] X-Katie: lisa $Revision: 1.30 $ Subject: Bug#222657: fixed in xmms-kde 3.1-1 Message-Id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sender: Randall Donald <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Tue, 07 Dec 2004 01:16:03 -0500 Delivered-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 2.60-bugs.debian.org_2004_03_25 (1.212-2003-09-23-exp) on spohr.debian.org X-Spam-Status: No, hits=-6.0 required=4.0 tests=BAYES_00,HAS_BUG_NUMBER autolearn=no version=2.60-bugs.debian.org_2004_03_25 X-Spam-Level: Source: xmms-kde Source-Version: 3.1-1 We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of xmms-kde, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive: xmms-kde_3.1-1.diff.gz to pool/main/x/xmms-kde/xmms-kde_3.1-1.diff.gz xmms-kde_3.1-1.dsc to pool/main/x/xmms-kde/xmms-kde_3.1-1.dsc xmms-kde_3.1-1_i386.deb to pool/main/x/xmms-kde/xmms-kde_3.1-1_i386.deb xmms-kde_3.1.orig.tar.gz to pool/main/x/xmms-kde/xmms-kde_3.1.orig.tar.gz A summary of the changes between this version and the previous one is attached.
