Hello Andreas, I just saw your RFH on findutils, and I would like to help serve as a backup maintainer (or co-maintainer) for that package. I am currently only maintaining ident2 and in the process of adopting apt-move, have a stable job with few travels or other duties that prevents me from keeping an eye on my packages, and I am also a competent C programmer (12 years experience, many of them on Linux), so I consider myself very suitable for such a job.
