I have since a few days a package almost ready on http://graal.ens-lyon.fr/~mquinson/deb.html#widelands I am in the process in testing it a bit more (in collaboration with the upstream authors), and I'll upload it to the archive. It's lintian clean beside of: - upstream should begin with a number. It's a should in the policy and upstream do prefer the current schema.
