Hi there, There has been no activity related to this bug report since November. Since we are near the release and there is no mechanism to update Snort (which I intent to adopt in the near future).
I have been preparing some simple packages for oinkmaster which I will upload soon to the archive, unless there is any objection to it. I don't clain this package, if Roberto wants to upload modified^Wimproved packages afterwards I will give up maintenance of them. My only goal is to keep the ball rolling... Regards Javier
