Hi Martin, what's the status of this ITP? Anyway the source of these services was never available for me when I searched for it, the URL isn't reachable anymore. By the way Blitzed Services advanced a fair bit (http://cvs.blitzed.org/services/) since OFTC branched it, they never gave something back to our community as far as I could remember.
