It looks like you adopted sgrep on August 12, but the wnpp bug marking the package as orphaned (bug 229961) is still open. You created a bug (260113) when you did the ITA, and closed it with your new upload, but the orphaning bug (229961) is still open.
Can you please close 229961, to indicate that the package is not orphaned any more? Otherwise you may find it hijacked! Thomas
