Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I intend to orphan the libapache-mod-fastcgi package, I don't use it
anymore and it's non-free software.
The package description is:

This package contains a FastCGI module for the Apache web server.
FastCGI is an extension to CGI, which can reduce web server load on
servers answering to many calls of CGI scripts.
