I'm orphaning tkcvs since I don't use it or care about it anymore.

In active development; new releases several times a year. 8 bug
reports, all related to upstream. Uses debhelper.

I've now uploaded a new package of TkCVS, but forgot to close this bug 
in the changelog, which is why I'm doing it now.
