Description : Checks Java source against a coding standard

Emacs JDE provides a function to use Checkstyle, but since it's not
installed, I get this error when I try to use it:

/--------
| cd
/usr/users/tspeight/mfu/cascade/live/xml-service/java/managementservice/com/citrix/mpsu/msd/
| /usr/bin/java -classpath
/usr/share/emacs21/site-lisp/java/lib/checkstyle-all.jar
com.puppycrawl.tools.checkstyle.Main FMClient.java
|
| Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com/puppycrawl/tools/checkstyle/Main
|
| Check Style exited abnormally with code 1 at Thu Nov 20 18:06:23
\--------

It would be nice if we could make use of JDE's functionality here, and
I see no licensing obstacle to packaging this tool.

If this is packaged, I think JDE should Suggest or Recommend it.
