I've created bandwidthd packages for my own use. Please help me test
them. The current version of the package can be downloaded at:

TODO:
Write manpages.
Get myself a GPG-key and sign the packages.
Test, test and test the changes I've made to the original source.
If anyone wants to see these packages in debian, please help me find a
sponsor (since I'm not a registered Debian developer).
