Gosh, I hadn't noticed it. You shouldn't file an ITP for a package that is already in the archive. Also, the maintainer of the package has orphaned it (see bug #206119). The right way (TM) would have been to retitle that bug as an ITA (Intent to Adopt) and set its ownership to you.
