retitle 205392 RFP: jabref -- java application for editing BibTeX databases

Hi,
I'm retracting my intention to package jabref. I have to admit that I'm not
that experienced with java packages, and I couldn't get it to build on my
system. The program uses Swing, I don't know if this is a show-stopper or
not.
However, I still would like to see this program in Debian. If anyone wants to
do the packaging, go ahead!
