It makes animations using SDL(pygame). Just try it :) there is an i386 and a ppc version, only 30k aprox. Download it from "http://www.echeide.net/debian/pyslide/" once you have installed just run "pyslide /usr/share/doc/pyslide/examples/full.xml" Maybe you mean that the name is very similar to python-slides?
