Since no real human package maintainers exist for package kasumi now,
I intend to orphan the kasumi package. Its upstream is long dead.
It will be affected by the FTBFS bug when building with GCC 14,
as in https://bugs.debian.org/1075108 .

The package description is:
Kasumi is a personal dictionary management tool for Anthy.
Anthy is a Japanese input method to convert Hiragana text to
 Kana Kanji mixed text.
 .
Featuring add words, edit words, delete words, search words
 and so on.

Thanks,
Boyuan Yang
