Description : CLI and GUI installer for eduroam

The installation of eduroam from cat.eduroam.org or any other
letswifi.app portal is facilitated by the means of a GUI or CLI frontend
to remove some of the complexity necessary to manage a 802.1X WiFi
network profile. The concept of geteduroam is to take user input only to
the extent strictly necessary and have the WiFi admin of the sponsoring
identity org (commonly a University) bring all the mandatory technical
details using some exchange format called eap-config.

As eduroam is the standard for all of higher education, this installer
will very likely have widespread use - especially with the option to
more or less automatically renew EAP-TLS client certificates on a
regular basis (where set up by the university).

There's additionally also a getgovroam variant that's targetted towards
non-education institutions (like government agencies).

Yet, by design the geteduroam app can load any eap-config file that's
compliant with the spec directly from disk or custom URL and facilitate
WiFi 802.1X configurations that way. Only the default WAYF (where are
you from) search is defaulting to either higher education (in
geteduroam) or goverment institutions (in getgovroam).
