Hi Bastian (cc Mechtilde),

I've thought a bit more about this, and I'm inclined to stick with the
fonts-font-awesome-legacy package. The advantage is significant: the
fonts-font-awesome package can be updated to version 7 of the font,
and can be updated every time there is a new release of the font. But
the legacy package, which would offer versions 4, 5 and 6 of the font
(though my current uploaded version only includes versions 5 and 6),
would generally only need updating when there is a new major version
of the upstream font. Bundling them all in one package means that
there would have to be a new version of the legacy fonts package
(including the source package) every time the current font is updated,
which seems like unnecessary work.

I'm not sure about the version numbering for the legacy package,
though. At the moment, I've called it 5.15.4+6.7.2, but perhaps I
should include a 4.7.0+ at the start of it?

Either way, it would be very helpful to cancel the current NEW version
so I can start again.

Best wishes,

   Julian
