Hello,

I intend to upload nettle version 4 as a separate source package with a
versioned development package to experimental.

Nettle v4 breaks both ABI and API compared to v3. Having it available in
experimental allows us to do test builds and allows rdep-authors to work
on the transition.

I had originally proposed this way forward in #1127833 in February but
afaict the maintainer did not yet find the time to do this.

I do not intend to hijack nettle as present in stable/testing/sid, this
is about testing.

cu Andreas
