If you aren't going to package it anymore, you must retitle to RFP, so another one interested on it can  go through and get it done.

if you need help to retitle the file the RFP, just ask someone on mentors to do it, but be sure to retitle if you're not intested anymore.

... it should be closed. Plenty of software doesn't belong in Debian,
and shady, weird, non-free stuff certainly classifies as this and it's
perfectly fine to close this issue with such a reasoning!
