It seems Yifei Zhan <[email protected]> took ownership of this package and uploaded it to new with only his changes (https://ftp-master.debian.org/new/webtunnel_0.0.3-1.html) and the git commit log (https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/webtunnel/-/commits/debian/sid) has zero commits from Seyed who originally wanted to contribute to Debian by doing this packaging.
