Umm... the qutip package already exists....
The setup of the new source package `python-qutip` is not really
required, but it is my first package and I like to build it up from
scratch. Additionally I'm not happy with the branch structure of the
Git-repository `qutip`.
Again, qutip already exists.
python-qutip-qip is your first package.
