Similar to ICU4C for C/C++, and ICU4J for Java. It's not expected to be in Debian 13/trixie. It's meant to be an experiment, to automate the packaging of a library of Rust libraries (pun intended), different from either the Rust team workflow, which packages one library at a time (as a separate source package), or another workflow used by some individual maintainers, which is mostly manual. -- Sdrager, Blair Noctis
