Sounds great; I'd like to personally start with the arduino-cli
packaging first and patch out the unneeded deps and seeing if the
packages we will have in forky are suitable to build arduino-cli.

Then the remaining new go deps should just a mechanical import process.

I think there is some method in my idea, but welcome to other
suggestions if you have them.
