Package: hurl

HI,

As described in
https://wiki.debian.org/DebianMentorsFaq#:~:text=File%20an%20ITP%20(intent%20to%20package)%20bug%20using%20reportbug,
I would like to make the official request to add our software
https://github.com/Orange-OpenSource/hurl into the official Debian repository:

- Get interested in a package by using or developing it
=> I am part of core team (with mailto:fabrice.r...@orange.com and
mailto:jeanchristophe.am...@orange.com)

- Discover that it isn't already available from the Debian archive
=> It does not exists yet.

- Check if it can be packaged (licence, etc) and if it is already being
packaged by someone else (via ITPs on https://bugs.debian.org/wnpp)
=> It can be packaged, under Apache2.0, no one has yet done so.

- Review whether you can reasonably maintain this package. This includes the
complexity of the package and your skill level, whether you're familiar with
the programming language(s) used, and also whether upstream is active and you
can expect reasonable support from them in bug-fixing and helping to handle
bugs from Debian users.
=> Our team is composed of developers and techs, we can also get help from
our github community. We already have AUR package, Windows package etc ...

- File an ITP (intent to package) bug using reportbug (or the bug reporting
e-mail address) against the wnpp package. This is done to prevent duplication
of work, and is an essential step
=> It's the main goal of this mail.

Thanks for your help 😊
